Mixed Feelings at This Hotel
unreliable transfer servicepoor accountability
I faced issues with the hotel transfer service. It was NOT reliable. A pre-booked airport transfer, confirmed by management, did not arrive. This caused GREAT stress before my flight. The hotel didn't seem to care much, offering no real apology or solution. The whole thing felt unprofessional and left a bad taste.

The beach has very clean water. It is an astonishing private beach. I found the staff very attentive.. We had a basket of fruit upon arrival and another one upon departure. Finding a park for our rental car was always possible.
The gym had a limited selection of equipment.
